Handmade rustic Blackbutt Cutting Board, made of one single slab of Blackbutt hardwood. No glue, no filler in the gaps, just pure wood, oiled twice with food-safe Livos Countertop Oil. You get the exact piece as seen in the pictures, so you can see all the spots and veins before you decide on the board. This board has several deeper veins and spots and is therefore reduced in price. We often offer several boards of this kind, so you can choose which board suits you best.

Please note:
Blackbutt is a very durable hardwood, however cutting leaves little marks which is normal. The black spots and veins are a little deeper than the rest of the board.
Some tips for keeping the board in good condition:
Hand Wash Only! Never put it in the dishwasher: heat, steam and water damage the wood and cause cracks.
Always allow to dry thoroughly: after cleaning, store in a well-ventilated place or pat it dry.
Oil regularly: especially if used frequently – this keeps the surface supple. (Livos countertop oil)
Repair scratches: Lightly sand with fine sandpaper and then oil again – your board will look like new.
